ADP 3U OpenVPX™ Avionics System Development Platform

ADP - Avionics Development Platform

The ADP is a low-cost, flexible, 3U OpenVPX™ avionics system development platform. It includes standard interfaces found in avionics applications, such as MIL-STD-1553, ARINC 429, MIL-STD-188-203-1A (ATDS), and 28 V avionics GPIO. Complementing the I/O interfaces is a rich set of CPU options to meet any performance or power requirement. The ADP leverages COTS chassis, backplanes, power supplies, and RTMs along with conduction-cooled 3U VPX payload modules.

CDP-5940 Development Platform for Mobile Ad Hoc Networks based on CISCO 5940 Router

The CDP-5940 system is a low-cost debug, development platform for 3U conduction-cooled systems including the Cisco® CDP-5940 Embedded Services Router. It includes the XPedite7530 3U CompactPCI SBC with an XPort6105 512 GB Solid-State Drive (SSD) XMC module, and the Cisco® CDP-5940 ESR with direct Ethernet and serial I/O access to each board.

XPand1301 3U cPCI Development Platform

XPand1301- 3U CompactPCI Development Platform for Air-Cooled Modules

This platform supports up to eight 0.8 in. or 1.0 in. pitch, air-cooled, CompactPCI modules. It provides 482 W of total simultaneous power, which can be distributed as up to 16 A on 12 V, up to 40 A on 5 V, and up to 20 A on 3.3 V. The XPand1301 can provide up to 20 CFM of air flow per slot.

XPand1300 3U VPX Development System

This system supports up to fifteen 0.8 in. pitch or up to twelve 1.0 in. air-cooled VPX (VITA 48.1) modules. It provides 550 W of total simultaneous power, which can be distributed as up to 30 A on 12 V, up to 40 A on 5 V, up to 20 A on 3.3 V, up to 8 A on 3.3 V_AUX, and up to 2 A on -12 V. Up to 20 CFM of airflow is provided per slot.

XPand1030 - 3U cPCI Two-Slot Conduction-Cooled Development Platform for Cisco® 5940

The XPand1030 backplane provides CompactPCI bus between the two slots. Ethernet, RS-232 serial I/O, and DVI are routed to RJ-45, micro-DB-9, and HDMI connectors for easy access. The XPand1030 is the ideal solution for rapid prototyping mobile ad hoc networks (MANET) based on the Cisco® 5940 ESR.

XPand1011 6U VPX Development Platform

XPand1011- Two-Slot 6U VPX Development Platform for Conduction-Cooled Modules with RTM I/O

It supports up to two 0.8 in. or 1.0 in. 6U VPX boards and utilises RTMs to simplify I/O access and support rapid system prototyping. Power and reset LEDs are provided for system status. A momentary push button is provided for reset, and a switch is provided for DC power enable. Power can be provided via an ATX power supply or via the 6U VPX VITA 62 power supply slot.
